What this website collects
This website collects information in one place only: the introductory call request form. The fields on that form are the ones shown on it, together with the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters present in the address you arrived by.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel, or session-recording script. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font service, so no request is made to an outside provider when a page loads.
Why the firm collects it
To identify the matter, to run a preliminary conflict check, to establish whether a deadline may be approaching, and to decide whether an introductory call is appropriate. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold.
What happens to it
Submissions are reviewed by authorised firm personnel. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before an engagement agreement is signed may not be privileged. That is why the form asks you not to send documents or sensitive material until the firm requests them.
Retention period not yet set. The firm has not yet confirmed how long intake submissions are kept or who has access to the store. This notice will state both once the intake destination is connected. Until then, the form transmits nothing.
Your choices
You may contact the firm by telephone on (619) 491-7076 instead of using any form. To ask what the firm holds about you, or to ask it to be corrected or deleted, write to the address below or email mark@yeslegalsd.com.

Terms and legal notices
No legal advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not legal advice, it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation, and it should not be relied on as either. Law changes, and general information does not account for the facts of a particular matter.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this website, sending an email, telephoning the firm, or submitting the intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared and a written engagement agreement is signed by both the attorney and the client.
No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site promises any result. Every matter turns on its own facts, its own evidence, and the law that applies to it.
Confidentiality of what you send
Information sent to the firm before an engagement agreement is signed may not be confidential or privileged. Do not send anything sensitive, privileged, or highly personal through this website.
Advertising
This website may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Mark Egan McGuinness II is responsible for its content and is admitted to practise in California only.
External links
Where this site links to another organisation's website, that link is provided for convenience. The firm does not control and is not responsible for the content of external sites.
Accessibility
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means every function works with a keyboard alone, focus is always visible, headings follow a logical order, images carry text alternatives where they convey meaning, colour is never the only way information is communicated, text and controls meet the required contrast ratios, and the layout remains usable at 200 per cent zoom.
The site also respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. If that setting is on, animation and smooth scrolling are disabled.
If you encounter a barrier using this website, please tell the firm on (619) 491-7076 or at mark@yeslegalsd.com, describing the page and what happened. The firm will provide the information you need by another means and will work to correct the problem.
