LEGAL SERVICES

Every way Yes Legal can help.

Six areas of work, all structured the same way: an introductory call to establish fit and scope, a defined assessment where review is needed, and a written plan you can act on.

This page describes the kinds of matters the firm handles. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is not an offer to represent you.

START WITH THE PROBLEM

Choose the description that sounds most like your situation.

If none of them fit exactly, that is common. Pick the closest one, or use the additional services page.

Legal Assessments

A defined, paid legal assessment that reviews your documents and facts, identifies the issues and deadlines, and delivers a written action plan with practical options.

Contracts and Business

Drafting, review, revision, and negotiation of California contracts and business agreements, structured around the decision you are actually making.

Disputes and Pre-Litigation

Demand letters, responses, negotiation strategy, settlement analysis, and pre-litigation planning for California disputes, built around your objective and your leverage.

Employment and Severance

Review of California severance agreements, workplace disputes, termination and retaliation concerns, and employer-side advice, usually on a short timeline.

Limited-Scope Services

Limited-scope representation for a specific California document, decision, negotiation, or stage, with the boundaries defined in writing before work begins.

Additional Legal Services

Yes Legal evaluates selected other California matters and will say plainly when another attorney is a better fit for what you need.

SPECIFIC SERVICES

Or go straight to the service you need.

These sit underneath the six areas above. If you already know what you are looking for, start here.

Restraining and Protective Orders

Assistance with California restraining and protective orders, including domestic violence, civil harassment, workplace violence, and elder abuse orders.

Estate Planning

HOW EVERY ENGAGEMENT IS STRUCTURED

The same three stages, whatever the matter.

FIRST

Introductory call

Free, and limited to intake, scope, and fit. No legal advice is given during it and it creates no attorney-client relationship.

THEN

Paid legal assessment

A defined Phase 1 engagement with the scope, deliverables, timing, and price all confirmed in writing before payment.

NEXT

A written deliverable

A memorandum or other clearly defined deliverable setting out the findings, the practical options, and the recommended next steps.

What contacting the firm does not do

Sending a message, submitting the intake form, or speaking with the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not mean Yes Legal has accepted your matter, does not guarantee any outcome, and does not protect or extend a filing deadline. Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared and a written engagement agreement is signed.
