Matthew Kline is the Director of Operations at YES Legal San Diego, L.C. He coordinates intake, scheduling, and the operational systems that keep each matter moving.
BACKGROUND
What Matthew brings to the firm.
Matthew brings 25 years of operations management and client support experience to his role at the firm. Throughout that career he has focused on building strong client relationships, solving problems, and providing responsive, dependable support.
He is a United States Navy veteran who completed two overseas deployments, and brings a strong sense of service, dedication, and teamwork to everything he does.
Matthew earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Colorado State University. Outside of work, he is a proud father of three daughters and enjoys hiking and travelling.
ROLE
What Matthew does at the firm.
Coordinating intake from prospective clients, and often the first person you speak to
Identifying the general nature of an enquiry and gathering the preliminary information needed for a conflict check
Making sure any urgent date you mention is passed on promptly
Scheduling introductory calls and coordinating communications
Keeping matter records organised and tracking what has been asked for
Decisions about accepting a matter, and about legal strategy, rest with the attorney.
