Matthew Kline serves as Director of Operations for Yes Legal of San Diego.
Matthew brings experience from both military service and leadership roles within large San Diego organizations. His background has required discipline, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to keep complex operations moving while coordinating the needs of different people and departments.
As a United States Navy veteran, Matthew understands the importance of preparation, follow-through, and clear lines of responsibility. He brings that operational mindset to the firm’s intake, administration, client communication, and internal processes.
At Yes Legal, Matthew helps coordinate prospective-client intake, scheduling, communications, matter organization, administrative workflows, and the day-to-day systems that support the firm’s legal work. He may be one of the first people a prospective client speaks with when contacting the firm.
His role includes helping identify the general nature of a new inquiry, gathering the preliminary information needed for conflicts and scheduling, ensuring that urgent dates are communicated, and helping clients understand the next administrative step.
Matthew also assists with maintaining organized matter records, coordinating communications, tracking assignments, and supporting the systems needed to provide responsive and dependable service.
His real-world management and operational experience helps the firm approach legal service not only as professional analysis, but also as a process that requires communication, organization, accountability, and consistent execution.

Matthew is the father of three daughters. His experience as a parent, veteran, manager, and operations professional contributes to a practical understanding of the pressures that individuals, families, employees, and business owners may face when dealing with legal problems.
